Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Rang Preet via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 12 hours of placement, as processing begins shortly after confirmation.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, address, and payment details — is accurate and complete.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges.
Rang Preet reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Payment security — All transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Rang Preet does not store any card or banking information.

Delivery

Rang Preet aims to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be raised directly with the courier.
Rang Preet is not liable for delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Stitched garments, sale items, and items showing signs of use or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be returned via the original payment method or as store credit.
Rang Preet reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the stated conditions upon inspection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rang Preet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Rang Preet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of product descriptions, colours, or availability beyond what is reasonably possible in an online retail environment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Rang Preet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
