Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Stitched garments are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  • Sale items, discounted products, and items purchased using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Please note — Colour variation between screen display and the actual fabric is not considered a valid reason for return, as this is a natural limitation of digital photography.

How to Return

  • Email us at support@rangpreet.pk within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the address to send the item back to.
  • Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Rang Preet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
  • If your preferred size or colour is not available, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your item, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns — the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Any price difference in the exchanged item must be settled before dispatch of the new piece.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 working days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and returned via the original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Refund timeline — Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 3 to 5 additional business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@rangpreet.pk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging in your email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at our expense.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered, so please inspect your order upon receipt.
