Orders & Payments

  • How do I place an order?

    Browse our collections, select your size and preferred colour, and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery for eligible areas within Pakistan.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order moves into processing and changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@rangpreet.pk if you need to make a change.

  • Is it safe to pay online on your website?

    Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through verified and secure payment gateways. We do not store any card information on our servers.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    Yes. A confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date will be sent to your registered email address immediately after checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery is available for major cities and takes 1 to 2 working days. International orders are delivered within 10 to 14 working days depending on the destination.

  • Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

    Yes, we ship internationally to the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and several other countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Domestic shipping is free on orders above a certain amount, which is shown on our website. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee applies. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to track your delivery in real time.

  • What if my order is delayed?

    Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, public holidays, or courier issues. If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us and we will look into it immediately.

Please note — Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods, festive seasons, or extreme weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and stitched garments are not eligible for return.

  • How do I request a return or exchange?

    Email us at support@rangpreet.pk with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

  • Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

    Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is not available, we will issue store credit that you can use on your next purchase.

  • How long does a refund take?

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

    We sincerely apologise for this. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Are the colours accurate on screen?

    We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations can occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. We recommend viewing in natural daylight as a reference.

  • Will sold-out items come back in stock?

    Some pieces are restocked, while others are limited-edition and may not return. You can use the "Notify Me" option on the product page to receive an alert if an item becomes available again.

  • Are your fabrics sourced responsibly?

    Yes. We work with trusted suppliers and local artisans across Pakistan to source quality fabrics. Supporting local craftsmanship and fair working conditions is central to how we operate.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    Currently, Rang Preet operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer a wider range of designs and pass on savings directly to our customers. We may expand to retail in the future.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your address, and access your purchase history.

  • How do I reset my password?

    On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes.

  • How can I contact Rang Preet?

  • Do you have a loyalty or rewards programme?
