Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know.

Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
  • A dispatch confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, dispatch may take up to 3 working days due to high order volumes.

Domestic Delivery

Remote areas — Deliveries to remote or less-accessible areas may take 1 to 2 additional working days beyond the standard timeframe.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and several other destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout.
  • International orders are delivered within 10 to 14 working days, depending on the destination country and customs processing time.
  • Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rang Preet has no control over these charges.
Customs delays — International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can occasionally add to the delivery time. This is beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time on our courier partner's website.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Failed or Missed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will try again or leave a notification. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • Rang Preet is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-dispatch charges will apply. We will contact you to arrange this.
